Our story
At Uhrealestate, we’ve heard countless heartwarming stories from our clients about their journey to their dream life in Spain. From the unforgettable scent and juicy flavor of freshly picked lemons and oranges to golden sunsets and warm summer nights filled with the song of crickets—every client brings their own beautiful memory. Some even recall thrilling adventures in the real estate world. This is life on the Costa Blanca. Our own journey to Spain began 12 years ago, near the renowned wine region of Jumilla, inspired by a deep love for the country's food and wine culture. The dream of year-round sunshine and breathtaking Mediterranean sunsets came true in 2021, when we closed our first property deal in Los Balcones, Costa Blanca. History
We built a solid foundation in the Spanish real estate market with years of experience from Northern Europe dating back to 1998. Our largest transaction was in 2007, when we sold a 60-apartment seaside development project to an investor who completed the building and sold the apartments profitably. This sparked our deep interest and expertise in commercial real estate. The Spanish and Northern European real estate markets are vastly different—offering contrasting levels of service, transparency, bureaucracy, and speed. That's where our experience makes all the difference.
